Online Office – what’s new?

With the new online office for RINGANA Fresh Partners, we have created a central platform on www.ringana.com that provides all the information and functions that you need for your RINGANA business. Many of the functions are already fully operational; a couple are still being enhanced during the transition phase. We’d now like to give you an overview of the functions that have recently been added.

# Partner and Customer Datasheet

• You can get information about discount vouchers on the basis of a note in the Partner and Customer Datasheet. This, for example, allows you to see whether it is a magazine or birthday voucher.
• The Partner and Customer Datasheet shows your customers’ favourite products and you can assign those items to the respective shopping basket.
• The “New Partner on the Team” function has now been linked with the Partner Datasheet, giving you a faster overview of information and points calculations for new team members.
• You can check the master data in the Partner and Customer Datasheet to see if a customer has subscribed to the Newsletter.
• The information “Partner since” – which is displayed in the Partner Datasheet – tells you how long somebody has been a member of your team.

Other new features

• The “Track order” function is now available in “My Orders”.
• In the “My Team” menu item, you can export search results from Partner and customer searches.
• The “My Account” selection field in the Dashboard has now been renamed “My Data”. In “My Data” you have access not only to your personal data, but also to your Dashboard settings.
• You will find both the generation and the telephone number of your Partners in the Team Search.

We are still working on the following functions:

• Providing the Knowledge Base in further languages
• Article statistics
• “Propose as Partner” function
• Customer transfer
